Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the position of Greek Player Support Specialist in our thriving gaming department based in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the main support resource for our Greek-speaking gaming community, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance and a superior gaming experience.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will manage player inquiries, address game-related issues, and foster a supportive and engaging environment. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for gaming and exemplary communication skills to connect effectively with our players.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Greek-speaking players through email, chat, and social media channels
  • Resolve technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
  • Accurately document player interactions and support requests in our customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with other teams to effectively resolve complex player issues
  • Collect and share feedback from players to help inform product improvements
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and enthusiastic gaming community
  • Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and updates relevant to our services


Requirements
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in player support or a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • A genuine passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms and gaming systems is a bonus
