Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, service appointments, and warranty details.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams for solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable information to customers.

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information simply.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
