Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
• Provide detailed information about product features, usage instructions, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and liaise with technical teams for effective resolutions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on biotechnology advancements and product offerings.

• Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
