As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to construction projects and services, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information in Greek.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project statuses, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Provide detailed information about construction products, services, and pricing.
• Assist customers with project documentation, contract inquiries, and service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Stay updated on industry standards and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the construction industry, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
