Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and financial guidelines.
• Assist customers with applications, account changes, and general support for financial products.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
