As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure they have a delightful experience while communicating in Greek.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Provide detailed information about product offerings, dietary options, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Aptitude for multitasking and managing various customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
