Job Description - Greek Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for dynamic individuals who have a strong customer service orientation and a passion for technology. As part of our team, you will assist clients and customers in navigating their IT-related queries, ensuring they receive timely and effective support in Greek.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding IT services, software solutions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
  • Provide guidance on product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for IT usage.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and facilitate follow-ups as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and developments to offer informed support to customers.
  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the IT sector or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills along with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and customer support software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
