Job Description - Greek Speaking Customer Service for Pharmaceuticals industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and customer support. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service in Greek.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including dosage information, availability, and side effects via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about product usage and benefits, while maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Assist healthcare professionals and customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring thorough records for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to work with electronic documentation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
