Job Description - Greek Speaking Customer Service for Real Estate industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate market while delivering exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Greek, providing them with valuable information and support throughout their real estate journeys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to real estate properties, listings, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on properties, including pricing, availability, and features.
  • Assist customers with the purchase, sale, or rental process by guiding them through the necessary steps.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and to their satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about current market trends and property information to better serve clients.
  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
