This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be instrumental in assisting customers with inquiries related to renewable energy solutions, providing them with the information and support they need in Greek.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
• Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options.
• Support customers with account inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a positive attitude.
• Ability to simplify complex information and convey it effectively to customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
