Job Description - Greek Speaking Customer Service for Social Media industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce a vacancy for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the thriving Social Media industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about digital communication and enjoy assisting users in navigating their online experiences. In this role, you will engage with clients in Greek, helping them with inquiries related to social media platforms, features, and policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to users via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account settings, content guidelines, and platform functionality.
  • Resolve issues related to user accounts or reported content with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting processes.
  • Work closely with technical support and product teams to address user concerns effectively.
