Job Description - Greek Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This is an ideal role for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and enjoy aiding customers in navigating their telecommunication services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and solutions in their preferred language, Greek.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, solutions, and billing via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
  • Provide guidance on service options, activation processes, and device troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers with issues related to account management, including updates and service modifications.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on new services and technology trends in the telecommunications industry.
  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications field, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to navigate multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
