Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support to Greek-speaking players primarily through email.
• Address player inquiries related to game features, account management, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues.
• Maintain thorough documentation of player interactions to improve support processes.
• Stay up-to-date with game updates, features, and community trends to deliver informed assistance.
• Contribute to a positive player experience by ensuring clear, empathetic, and prompt communication.

• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer or player support roles is highly preferred.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist players.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support.
