POSITION SUMMARY

Greeters are the first point of contact and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience.  Greeters will be assisting the Service Advisors.

Specific job requirements include:

• Greeting service customers in the service driveway in a friendly and professional manner
• Collecting information from customers.
• Pulling customers' vehicles into and out of the service drive
• Do a walk around of the vehicle and mark any dents/scratches/marks on windshield and taking photos with a supplied device.
• Inform customer a service advisor will be with them  shortly.
• Issue claim ticket with corresponding car keys.
• Issue vehicle with service tag 

Rate of Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
