Description

The Greeter position involves exposing every customer to Toyota Walnut Creek’s unique “Simple Price/ Simple Process” Sales Philosophy. Greeters are responsible for maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism in their appearance and their attitude. Every associate of Toyota Walnut Creek is expected to carry out their duties with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. 

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Provide advice or direct guests to the appropriate sales associate
• Help keep track of how many guests we see throughout the day
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
• Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

Requirements

• Pleasant, professional and confident demeanor. Ability to put customers at ease and instill confidence.
•  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Valid driver's license.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus.
