Job Description - Greeter/Porter/Driver

Responsibilities

Greet Customers with a warm and welcoming smile

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles

Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations

May drive shuttle van to shuttle customers to and from home or work

May perform "Pickup and/or Delivery of vehicles to and from customer's home or work

Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
