Job Description - Greeter/XpressWriter

We are looking for a Greeter/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers, assist with loaner fleet, assist with drive organization, and possible outbound phone calls

Greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Work cooperatively with the lot porters and service advisors

Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Create Loaner Agreements for customers

Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments

Other duties as assigned

Assist 1 or 2 times a week in writing Service Xpress repair orders

Qualifications

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Needs be able to work a 9-6 Mon-Fri Schedule with possible Saturday
