Grill Cook

ECI Management Group is hiring Grill Cooks and Kitchen Help for services at the Tarrant County Community College Trinity River Campus. ECI focuses on "scratch cooking" and is looking for individuals with the knowledge and ability to support cafe and catering operations.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Prepare and cook food according to the recipe
• Quality standards

Using these qualities team members will:

• follow prep quantity requirements
• follow safety regulations
• keep a clean and sanitary work environment.

Typical shifts vary Monday - Saturday primarily AM with evening required when catering events occur
