Job Purpose

Consistently prepares elevated products by persistent training, reviewing recipes, evaluating pars and quality, while building trust and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment that employees are proud to be a part of.

Duties

Knowledge of multiple different animal muscles & cuts.
Understanding order of importance as a la carte dining commences.
Char Broiler Grilling of requested different temperatures and how to follow through with the sale of composed dishes.
Constant communication with other peers in order to sell entrees as composed dining.
Mid level butcher & knife skills.
Following recipe standards.
Maintaining a sanitary work station.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating upcoming needs.

Requirements
Able to lift 40lbs
Shift 8-10hours of constant production and open availability in scheduling PM shift
Open faced grill and flat top experience 2-3 years.

Pay Rate

40hr work week, Pay Rate Dependent on experience $18-20/hr
