Job Title: Grill Cook

Department: Kitchen

Reports to: Day/Mid/Night Manager

Summary:

We are looking for a Grill Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing all grilled items on the menu, including burgers, chicken, and fish. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the grill area and following all food safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all grilled items on the menu, including burgers, chicken, and fish.

Maintain the cleanliness of the grill area.

Follow all food safety procedures.

Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Communicate effectively with other team members and management.

Be able to work independently and take initiative.

Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar position is preferred.

Food safety certification is required.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Teamwork skills.
