We pride ourselves on creating a top-tier culinary experience, and we are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to club standards and member preferences

Maintain a clean and organized grill station at all times

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Assist in daily prep

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste

Adapt to changing menus or special event needs

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of grill cook or line cook experience in a professional kitchen

Knowledge of proper grilling techniques and kitchen safety practices

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Culinary school training is a plus but not required
