Key Responsibilities:

• Run a cook line including fryers, meat and egg griddle, and a 4 burner stove to prepare meats and side orders to Bojangles specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down counters and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and ensure a high level of professionalism in dress, conduct, and speech.
