Grill Cook

• Prepping and preparing meals, and following all kitchen safety and healthcare guidelines. 
  


• Set up and maintain work stations through meal service.
  


• Complete all the prep work for the next day on your assigned workstation and assist others.
  


• Complete daily workstation cleaning checklist, ensuring it is cleaned and sanitized before end of shift.
  


• Complete all required logs and documents for your assigned area, complying with state, federal, and hospital guidelines.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:

• 2 years of commercial cooking experience in a restaurant.
  


• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  


• Ability to lift/push/pull 20 pounds.
  


• Ability to work between the hours of 6am-7:30pm.
  


• Must be able to obtain proof of immunization records.
  


• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  


• Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.
