Grille Server

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere


• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS


• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally


• Provide timely check service and handle payments


• Stay busy - complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates


• Help bus and reset tables as needed (team-first mindset is key)


• Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards


• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations


• Money handling experience a plus

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting


• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed


• Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)


• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)


• Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid) are a plus
