What to expect as a Grinder
Grinder Technicians play a key role in keeping our production process efficient and sustainable by operating equipment that refines rejected parts to be reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle. You’ll use your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to monitor for contamination and ensure all materials are processed properly. Forklift operation, basic data recording, and equipment upkeep are part of your daily routine.
We prioritize safety, cleanliness, and organization—expect to work in a fast-paced environment where every team member contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. Training and development are part of our commitment to growing your career. Basic computer and math skills are used regularly to complete paperwork accurately.
