Who is Harmar? We manufacture wheelchair lifts for automobiles, stair lifts for the home, and residential and commercial vertical platform lifts. We sell to dealers and to the government. Duties

• Help fabrication cells finish lifts by grinding down and cleaning up welds and weld spatter.
• Prepare lift elements to go to paint.
• Familiarity with using a hand grinder (power tool) is necessary.
• Fitting of stairlift elements together to make sure that they are ready to be painted.
• Light metal working experience is necessary.

** Must be able to hit daily production goals

** Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background check!

• Previous assembly/sub assembly work in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, grinder
• Ability to tack weld (can be taught)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
