Heavy Equipment Operator – CDL Required
Full-Time | Overtime| Full Benefits

We’re hiring a skilled Grinder Truck Operator to join our growing team. If you have a Class A or B CDL, mechanical know-how, and experience operating grinder trucks or similar equipment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Operate heavy equipment with accuracy and attention to detail

Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Communicate with supervisors and crew to keep production moving

Interact professionally with DOT inspectors and engineers as needed

Follow all job site safety protocols and wear required PPE

Complete daily logs, inspections, and fuel reports

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to lift 75+ lbs and move safely around large equipment

Willing to work nights or weekends if the project requires it

Must pass a drug screening and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
