As a Grocery Lead Stocker, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, inventory organized, and displays customer-ready while supporting daily grocery operations in a fast-paced store environment.

What You’ll Do

•  Stock, organize, and rotate grocery products to maintain fresh, full shelves
•  Unload and process deliveries efficiently and accurately
•  Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering
•  Set up displays and merchandising to support sales and promotions
•  Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
•  Assist customers with product questions and locating items
•  Support daily grocery department operations and team productivity
•  Help direct crew members and support the Grocery Manager when needed
•  Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and box cutters safely
•  Follow inventory rotation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

•  Previous stocking, grocery, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
•  Leadership or team lead experience preferred
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•  Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
•  Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills
•  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

•  Fast-paced grocery store environment
•  Exposure to refrigerated coolers, stockrooms, and varying temperatures
•  Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs
