Lunada Market & Deli is seeking a dedicated Grocery/Cafe Supervisor to join our team in Palos Verdes Peninsula. As a Grocery/Cafe Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional Leadership maintaining the high standards of our natural food store and eatery. Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing grocery store environment.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Assist with restocking shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of work.
- Support Manager in daily tasks as needed.

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage employees and drive sales.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store tidy.
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Knowledge of grocery store operations and products.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Lunada Market is a whole foods concept with a hint of Napa Valley on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula.
