We are looking for an experienced, part-time Groomer to join our family here at Arab Animal Hospital. Our ideal candidate would have experience in grooming pets of all shapes and sizes, according to pet parent preferences and breed standards. You must also have a love of furry friends!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bathe, brush, and dry animals of various breeds
• Clip nails
• Trim ears
• Assess skin for any abnormalities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Effectively communicate with pet parents about the animal's grooming style, any skin concerns, or other related issues.
• Be able to answer pet parents' questions or concerns.
• Maintain impeccable records of the animal's grooming history.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of pet grooming experience.
• Ability to calmly handle animals of all sizes and temperaments.
• Knowledge of safe and humane handling of animals.
• Extensive knowledge of breeds and their grooming requirements.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to change.

This is a commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on performance, not an hourly wage.
