Culligan Water of Hagerstown is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and function of our facility, both inside and out. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Grounds Maintenance:

Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform weed eating around buildings and grounds

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of facility grounds

Operate and maintain lawn equipment and power tools

Clear debris, leaves, and snow (as needed)

Shop and Facility Support:

Assist with general shop tasks, including organizing tools and materials

Help with light building repairs, painting, or basic plumbing as needed

Receive and stock deliveries and materials

Maintain clean and orderly workspaces

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)

Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions

Preferred (but not required):

Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance

Ability to operate small machinery or power tools safely
