Grounds Attendant - Luxury Private Island Resort

WORK in PARADISE:

This luxury 4 1/2 acre private Island resort, includes 15 bungalows, spa, bar lounge, and fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Little Palm Island redefines working in paradise.

The JOB:

We are looking for a new team member who will keep up with the lush foliage along the meandering crushed coral paths of this magnificent asset. As a member of the Grounds team, your friendly, energetic personality will be a part of the team responsible for maintaining the grounds of this tropical Island to include planting, trimming, raking and all grounds landscape needs as required.

To be successful in this position, you are one who thrives on being a member of a team focused on providing an amazing experience for our guests, especially ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space . This role requires a proactive individual with an attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, all with a big smile. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Ability to work in the FL Keys climate a must.
