Join our team! Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community located between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro in Chatham County, NC. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities Operations, the Grounds Coordinator is responsible for performing, supporting, coordinating, and leading grounds & landscaping services within the community. This includes work requests, special projects and programs, and activities on the grounds of the community specific to hardscape services, landscape services, water-based services (irrigation, ponds, & fountains), and other outside services as requested. The Grounds Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all grounds and landscaping work efforts. Therefore, may be required to be available to respond to emergency issues or needs at any hour of the day and night (Monday to Sunday) when requested.
