Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

Oversee and coordinate all grounds maintenance activities.
Supervise a team of grounds maintenance technicians ensuring compliance with performance standards.
Ensure all work is completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
Perform regular inspections of the grounds to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Maintain records of all maintenance activities and employee schedules.
Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed.
Handle administrative duties such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising grounds maintenance operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain detailed records.
English fluency.
Valid driver’s license
