Pay Rate: $16 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus is applicable only to new hires and rehires who have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.

As a Grounds Person, you will:

• Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and the team member parking lot as needed
• Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Empty trash cans in public area buildings
• Empty recycle bins and break down cardboard items, placing them in appropriate containers
• Operate lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, and chainsaws
• Perform basic tree trimming
• Answer questions and create a memorable and educational experience for guests

• Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 to drive company golf carts, and be at least 21 to drive tagged company vehicles
• Must comply with company vehicle insurance policy
• Pass a driver’s license check by the company’s insurance company
• Able to work all weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
