Grounds Person

Starting pay rate: $16 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

The Grounds Person will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the resort clean and safe. The primary duties include cleaning dirt and debris, removing trash, and carrying out ground maintenance.

As a Grounds Person, you will:

• Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart as part of daily work
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as needed
• Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas up to the highway
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Empty trash cans in public area buildings
• Empty dumpsters
• Operate a trash compactor
• Empty recycle bins
• Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers.
• Leave the work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition

• Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
