Grounds Technician

Description

Grounds and Common Area Maintenance position will be at our Jackson apartment communities.

The position responsibilities require but are not limited to:

• Completes basic service tasks
• Pulling weeds, laying mulch, trimming trees and shrubs
• Interior/exterior light checks
• Performs grounds maintenance including picking up trash, cleaning hallways and pressure washing
• Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for performing necessary maintenance duties and implementing preventive maintenance procedures. Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner.
