Steele Hill Resorts in nestled in beautiful Sanbornton, New Hampshire (15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont). Overlooking lake Winnisquam, Steele Hill Resorts is a high-end resort, consisting of 150+ guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and many indoor and outdoor amenities (employee use permitted!). Maintains building grounds by maintaining walkways, parking lots and landscape for safe passage; provides courier services for employees and clients; providing grounds keeping. Snow removal/plowing experience is a plus.

• Shifts typically 7am-3pm, Tuesday - Saturday
• Snow Storms: Guaranteed overtime until snow storms are handled.
• Pay based on experience
• Mow grass/ weed-whack, plant and mulch, water plantings
• Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter; removing snow or debris from walkways and parking lot; painting; and cleaning surrounding landscape.
• Completes special requests by hauling materials to employee’s or clients.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Enhances Grounds department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
