Groundskeeper

Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii), is a world leading professional design and manufacturing service provider of communication network equipment, cloud service equipment, precision tools and industrial robots. FII provides customers with intelligent manufacturing services for new forms of electronic equipment products centered on the industrial Internet platform.

The Groundskeeper will maintain landscaping, gardens, parking lots, and all other property.

Current open positions are available on the following shifts: 

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Mowing lawn
• Lawn maintenance
• General labor duties
• Snow plowing
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements and Ideal Experience Includes:

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• 1+ years of experience as a Groundskeeper (Lawn maintenance, gardening, snow plowing, general labor duties)
• Possess and maintain a safe driving record
• Acquire own set of tools to perform the job
• Able to interact and communicate with all staff and management
• Can read and follow instructions

Physical Requirements & Mental Demands Include:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
• Must be able to tolerate weather conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold
• Physically be able to reach, lift, climb ladders, crawl, or any other function of the role
