Groundskeeper

Description

• Provides grass cutting and general gardening services to include weeding, maintenance of perennials and planting of annual plants
• Provides preventative maintenance and minor repair to grounds keeping equipment
• May provide janitorial support services to staff
• Provides general labor services to parish staff and volunteers
• May set up tables, tents, etc. for church services
• May assist in trash clean-up and removal
• Performs other duties as directed

Requirements

• The ability to work independently and safely
• Knowledge of grounds equipment operation
• Repair and maintenance skills for minor equipment

TYPICAL WORK HOURS/DAYS OF WEEK INCLUDING HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS, ETC.
