Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Regular grounds maintenance tasks, including but not limited to watering plants, raking leaves, clearing snow, removing weeds, planting greenery. Ensuring the property remains free of trash and debris and has exceptional curb appeal. 
• Assist with pool maintenance.
• Assist with distributing resident notices.
• Assist in make-readies and other maintenance related tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1+ years of job-related experience working outside or in the elements. 
• General maintenance experience is preferred. 
• Pool pump certification or training a plus.
