Groundskeeper

We currently have the following groundskeeper position available

Location: Bexley at Anderson Mill - Cedar Park, TX

Pay: Starting at $18/hour plus quarterly bonuses, lots of holidays off and paid, and even get your birthday as a paid day off!

Bonus*: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Birthday is a paid day off! 

Job duties include:

• grounds pick up


• cleaning common areas


• cleaning amenities


• some landscaping


• power washing


• exterior painting


• some minor maintenance repairs


• any additional tasks needed to assist the maintenance team


• maintaining the community including pool area, dog parks, grilling areas, trash/compactor area

Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience.
