Position: Groundskeeper
Function: Commercial/ Residential Services
Reports To: Senior Property Manager
Position Summary: Local commercial property management company seeks self-motivated full-time Groundskeeper
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general building upkeep duties as assigned
- Inspect building exteriors and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness
- General exterior clean-up, mowing, watering, irrigation maintenance/repair, tree/bush trimming & pruning, new plantings, lot blowing, bark dusting, snow removal
- Exterior paint and graffiti removal as needed
- Report any potential hazards or future actions needed
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- MUST have your own reliable transportation
- Assist Construction Supervisor, and Maintenance tech as needed
- Occasional overtime

Education and experience required:
- General knowledge of building/property maintenance (at least 1 year of previous experience in grounds keeping or a related trade is preferred)
