Kibo Property Management is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper who thrives outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and inviting. Position Summary:
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the property’s buildings and outdoor areas. Your work will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, breezeways, pool areas, and trash collection zones.


• Perform routine tasks such as litter removal, pressure washing, blowing debris, changing lightbulbs, and snow removal.


• Assist the maintenance team with service requests and light repairs.


• Communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members.


• Use computers and mobile devices to access email and company software.


• Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns promptly.


• Manage and care for tools, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.


• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus. 


• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.


• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
  

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.


• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.


• Ability to operate a golf cart.
  

Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report prior to employment.
