What You’ll Do

• Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas
• Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds
• Light tree/bush trimming + irrigation checks
• Snow removal in winter
• Pool cleaning and seasonal prep
• Help the maintenance team when needed

What You Need

• 6+ months landscaping/grounds work
• Able to run mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Willing to work outside year-round
• Friendly and dependable
