We are currently recruiting for a Groundskeeper to join our team who values our agency's focus and organizational excellence.

The Position for Groundskeeper:

1. Reports all maintenance repairs needed to supervisor.


2. Sweeps and cleans parking lot on daily basis.


3. Waters flower planters daily (seasonally where applicable).


4. Picks up trash from grounds daily.


5. Uses hose to clean front entry walks on a regularly scheduled basis.


6. Changes all light bulbs in hallways and common areas as needed.


7. Completes minor work orders for residents and/or management as assigned by supervisor.


8. Assists other members of the Building Maintenance team, this may include moving and installation of furniture and equipment, removing snow from sidewalks.


9. Maintains courteous and helpful attitude with residents.


10. Attends training as required.


11. Regular and consistent attendance is required.


12. Maintains courteous and helpful attitude with coworkers and residents.


13. May need to transport self between locations on a daily basis.

The Candidate

• High School diploma or equivalent OR proven ability to read labels, instructions, etc.


• 
  

  1 year of general work experience, strongly prefer prior record of reliability and regular attendance. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  
  


• Ability to provide excellent customer service.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.


• Ability to be well organized and flexible.


• Must have some ability related to facility maintenance, changing bulbs, sweeping.


• May need to transport self between properties.
