Monarch is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at The Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a year-round, consistent position where no two days are the same—and your office is the great outdoors!

PAY: $16.00 - $19.00/hour + up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
Trash removal and clean up
Tackling seasonal tasks—yes, even snow removal when needed
