Your Role as a Groundsman

As a Groundsman you work closely with the Community Service Manager and team in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company.  The main emphasis is to ensure the grounds are free and clear of trash and pet waste. Also, the majority of the time is spent outdoors cleaning and painting the breezeways.

If you’re someone willing to work closely with your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers, we want to speak with you! Proactive, organized professionals with a team-player mindset and a passion to exceed expectations thrive in this role.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

• Have at least a high school education 


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation


• Enjoy working outdoors the majority of the time

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

• Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.


• Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.


• Lift up to 100 pounds.


• Climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height.


• Use a hand-truck.
