Morningstar Living currently has a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician II opportunity for our Heritage Village residential living community in Nazareth, PA. Situated on 52 beautifully maintained acres, this year-round position offers a dynamic, hands-on work environment where you’ll help maintain safe, attractive grounds and residential dwellings throughout all seasons. This role offers consistent, full-time hours and long-term stability working 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. They pay range for this role is $21 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Spends most time outdoors, frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Possible exposure to distraction/uncomfortable noise levels and vibration of body or extremities. Possible exposure to fumes, odors, etc. that may affect respiration and skin. Risk of bodily injury from mechanical parts, electricity, etc. Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
