Groundskeeper/Apartment Turn Tech

BECO Asset Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper/Apartment Turn Tech for its apartment community in Suffolk, Virginia,  1200 Acqua Luxury Lifestyle Apartments.  The opportunity is immediately available with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; including shared on-call rotation evenings and weekends to respond to emergency calls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in property management maintenance!

Responsibilities Include:

• Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris, change light bulbs and filters
• Keep dumpsters and corresponding areas clean and in good working order
• Clean and maintain pool and pool area 
• Assist in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition
• Assist in responding to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform on-call emergency services as required (rotation shared with other maintenance team members)

Qualifications Include:

• Available for night/weekend on-call duty (generous call pay)
• Ability to work in any type of weather (cold, snow, heat, rain, etc.)
• Some building maintenance or residential home repair experience preferred (Multi-family experience is a definite Plus!)
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public on and off the property.
